I wish I could give 10 stars. From the moment I called to the moment the work truck pulled away I felt like Hot2Cold had my back. I arrived to help my ailing father and he had no AC. These guys were on it immediately. What a game changer in this 90+F and 90% humidity. Micheal was a complete saint working ALL day on a Saturday in the extreme heat and humidity from 8 am to 4pm to do an install. I thought with is dedication that he owned the company. Hot2Cold is lucky to have such a dedicated employee and we are so blessed to have gotten him as a senior tech. Give that guy a raise!
Leonardo was our AC maintenance technician for this recent visit. He did a great job checking everything and made some few suggestions in keeping our units and vents cleaned. Checked and flushed out the drain lines. Definitely worth getting the maintenance plan! Hot 2 Cold HVAC repairs always does great service and wonderful customer service. Kody came out and provided a routine maintenance service for our two A/C units. Looks like there is some build up that needs to be cleaned and will potentially need replacements in the near future.
Fast service. Very good.
