The founding and managing member is attorney Pamela Denise Mack. She founded the firm in 2019, and focuses her practice in corporate/commercial transactions, legacy planning, and counseling business owners and their families.

Ms. Mack brings over two decades of prior in-house corporate experience to her practice. Ms. Mack was previously an in-house counsel for corporate and real estate matters. She was corporate counsel for a Fortune 100 Corporation and oversaw leasehold issues for the company’s $600 million worth of real estate assets. She then went on to serve as in-house Corporate Counsel for the world’s largest inventory services corporation with operations in over 40 countries, with 20,000 employees worldwide. She was responsible for overseeing corporate contracts (including IT and vendor agreements negotiations), global data privacy and compliance functions under the FCPA. During her time with the company, she negotiated over $200 million in vendor and service agreements.

She draws from her extensive experience to offer established and emerging businesses the benefit of her in-house knowledge while also serving as their outside General counsel. Ms. Mack’s expertise goes beyond corporate executive suites and includes the important business of providing advice to business owners and their families about preserving their legacy through business succession and estate planning.
